Available in MR Grade and BWR Grade, plywood is highly resistant against moisture and boiling water. The bonding of veneers is done strictly adhering to IS: 303 specifications. Veneer sheets of uniform thickness and smooth surface are sorted and then seasoned to make it WARP free and dimensionally stable. High quality Urea Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin (U.F) or Phenol formaldehyde (P.F) are used for gluing of veneers for giving strong bonding. Further the pasting is done in automatic hydraulic hot press under specific temperature & pressures. |
