Block Boards are manufactured in Decorative & Commercial types in two grades that are exterior & interior grade. All the wooden components are of selected quality high density timber logs which are sawn in planks of uniform thickness which thereafter goes to specially designed seasoning chambers for seasoning under controlled parameters of temperature & humidity to get uniform moisture required as per IS:1142:1993. Planks are then converted to battens in multiple rip saw which are further cut to take over internal stress of timber thus making it WARP FREE. Thereafter the battens formulated in frame are sandwiched between two glued (U.F / P.F) veneers and pressed in hot pressed under specific temperature & pressure to give block board incomparable durability & strength.
